EAGLOX (“we”, “us” or “our”) operates https://eaglox-evtol.com/ (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This is a B2B website. It is intended for commercial buyers, industrial operators and aviation service providers, not for consumers or anyone under 18.

1. Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us. When you submit the quotation form on the Contact page or a product page, or when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or our live chat, you may provide your name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country and the details of your enquiry.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data for every request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. This is used for security and to understand which pages are being used.

We do not ask for and do not want government identification numbers, payment card details, health information or any other sensitive personal data. Please do not send such data through this Site.

2. How we use your information

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation, specification sheet or delivery estimate.
• To send you the datasheets, export documents and technical information you request.
• To continue the commercial conversation about a purchase, spare parts or after-sales support.
• To maintain the security of the Site and prevent abuse of our forms.
• To meet our legal, tax and export-control obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not send unsolicited marketing email, and you will not be added to a mailing list by submitting an enquiry.

3. Third-party services

A small number of external providers process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this Site, and provides network-level security. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request metadata as part of serving pages.
• Web3Forms — receives the submissions from our quotation forms and forwards them to our sales email address. The form data passes through their service in transit.
• Tawk.to — powers the live chat widget. If you use the chat, Tawk.to handles your message and may set cookies to keep the conversation session working. See the Tawk.to privacy policy.

These providers are only permitted to process your data for the purpose of delivering the service they provide to us.

4. Cookies

The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The live chat widget may set functional cookies when it is loaded, and the chat session may store a conversation identifier in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so may prevent the live chat from working, but the rest of the Site will continue to function and the quotation form will still submit.

5. How long we keep information

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting order, and afterwards for the period required by Chinese tax and export record-keeping rules. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short operational period and then discarded.

6. Your rights

Subject to the law where you are located, you may ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your data where we no longer have a legal reason to keep it.
• Stop using your data for a particular purpose.

To make a request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify the enquiry, such as the email address you used and roughly when you wrote to us. We will respond within a reasonable period.

7. Data security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to the staff who need it to answer you. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold payment details or identity documents, which limits the impact of any incident.

8. Children

This Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
